Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how YARRO collects, uses and discloses information, and what choices you have regarding this information. This Privacy Policy is in effect whenever you use YARRO's applications and games or browse our website https://yarro.ru/ (these are referred to as Services). By using any Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access or use our Services.
The types of information we collect and how we collect it
Where possible we try to minimize the amount of personal information collected when you use our Services. We collect the following information:
Customer Support: We may collect personal information when submitting a support request, including information such as your device type, operating system, and preferred language (called ‘Device Specifications’). This information will be provided by you directly via email, and will be used for the purposes of resolving the issue.
Website: Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we use Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this data. Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
Mailing List: When you sign up to our mailing list you provide us with your email address. This address will only be used to send notifications regarding our products and services. You can remove your email address from the list by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe-link found on the emails.
Free Games and Applications with In-App Purchases and Ads: We do not collect your name, email address or other similar sensitive personal information.
To provide our free Services we collect analytics about the usage of our Services (e.g. in-game progress, session length, performance data, preferred settings, IP address, device type, OS version). We use this information to improve user experience in our Services and to discover possible bugs and other issues within the Services.
We use advertising to fund our free Services on the Google Play store. We automatically collect the advertising ID of your device to allow advertisers to use it to provide personalized ads. If you wish, you can opt-out from personalized advertisement in the Android device settings.
While we have the ability to identify your device or game installation using a device/advertising identifier, to protect your privacy, we have no ability to link this information to a real person.
Paid Games and Applications: We do not collect analytics or other personal data in our paid mobile games or applications.
Third-party Operators
Advertising Networks: YARRO allows advertisements from the Third-Party ad networks to be displayed in our services. YARRO makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the third-party ad networks are configured to comply with applicable privacy laws, and we reasonably believe this to be the case for each of them. If we determine a service to be directed at children under the age of 13, we configure each of these ad networks to be compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). For persons in European Union countries, we also configure networks to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation of 2016 (GDPR).
In-App Purchases: In order to make in-app purchases, a user must use a third-party checkout options that we have integrated with our services to finalize and pay for their order. The third-party operator’s privacy policy and security practices will apply to this process a user’s information. We encourage you to read that privacy statement before providing your information.
Game Services: Many of our services integrate Google Play Game Services. Each of these third-party operators offer their own privacy policy (listed below), and we encourage you to review them.
Analytics: YARRO makes use of Third-Party service in order to measure how users utilize our services so that we may improve them, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

Age and privacy
We understand the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children using our services, as outlined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. When we determine that a service is directed and children under the age of 13, we will configure all of our internal systems such that no personal information will be collected, and configure all relevant third-party integrations appropriately such that no personal information will be collected for users of that service. For additional information, please refer to the privacy policies of our third-party operators to understand what they are doing to further protect your child’s privacy. Services that are determined to be targeted at children will still receive advertisements from our third-party operators, and promotions from YARRO using its internal systems. In this case the ads and promotions will not be targeted based on collected data, but will be broadcast to all users of the service. If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below and we will delete the information from our systems.
Disclosure of Personal information
The scenarios in which we will share your personal data are as follows:
We determine that it is required by law;
We have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property;
We are participating in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets;
We have your consent;
As described above in relation to third-party operators collecting information from our services.
Under no other circumstances will YARRO share, sell, rent, or release your data.
Security
We follow generally accepted industry standards and internal procedures to protect personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
